It's been a while since I've dusted off the sewing machine to make anything.

I've got a few people in my life at the moment who have had or are having babies, so I decided it was about time I made a few softies.

I love recycling fabric for these. It's always nice to make something new and enjoyable out of something that has been discarded.

The process for making these is quite fun as you never quite know what it will look like until your turn it inside out then stuff.  Check out this short video to show you the process here. 

If you're keen to make your own softies I'd highly recommend you giving it a go. I always design my own pattern on tracing paper then pin and cut out the fabric. Heaps of fun when you are doing your own original design.
