I love anything easy when it comes to recipes and these 2 ingredient bliss balls are exactly that. Added bonus is that they are sugar and gluten free!
Simply take 2 cups of pitted dates and 2 cups of shredded or desiccated coconut and blend together in a food processor or blender.
Once blended well (and fine) roll teaspoons of the mixture in extra coconut and store.
So delicious and great for snacks, school lunchboxes etc!
