It's been a long time since I've done a blog post and a lot has been happening, including a few road trip adventures! Life is busy and certainly not boring at the moment, but I do love this little space where I can stop and record the happenings of our family - it's so easy to forget things and it's also so easy to take life for granted - I always want to be someone who has a thankful heart and attitude.

Eating delicious things...
Starting on a new room renovation project... our formal lounge!
We celebrated Father's day and took the opportunity to take an updated photo of the kids all together...
Lately we've been on a couple of roadtrips to Auckland, the first being to visit our amazing friends (and Symon spoke at their church)..
We love this couple and their family, not to mention their amazing taste with board games and 80's music...
While on the way to Auckland, we also checked out out the new Coffee General in Millwater - so good!!
We also make sure we did a bit of shopping, which included getting the best thing ever to hang in our lounge from Shut The Front Door (all will be revealed people)...
The trip started off with lunch at Chocolate Brown... and the purchasing of a few choccy goodies to take with us.
The accommodation was rather grand...
The conference was amazing!
