Kitchen Renovations

By PaisleyJade - Tuesday, September 10, 2013

There is a lot of hammering and dust around here at the moment as we (well, let's say "he") start on our kitchen/laundry renovations.

Our house is a very old bungalow which has needed a lot of extra loving to renovate.  We are nearing the end of the renovating process, yet there seems like still so much to do!

A lot of the work has been done thanks to my amazing husband, our parents and friends and family.

This kitchen space is small to work with, and the kitchen we are installing is second-hand, but I know it's going to look way better that what we had before.

Looking forward to showing you the finished project... until then you can check out my handsome hubby in his socks and jandals!

To see our bathroom renovation, go here.
Hopefully more before & after pics of the whole house to come in the near future!

    1. Hi Max! Yes, we have decided to keep the mantel! We would have loved to remodel our old kitchen cupboards if we had any, but when we moved in there was only old bits and pieces that weren't even really usable! Don't think we will have a lot more bench space, but at least it will be tidier!

  3. I'm waiting impatiently to see the new kitchen. I know how it is to have just a little kitchen space. Sadly I had it many times and it comes with storage problems... but then...at least you won't get tired walking while preparing all the delicious meals:)

Jandals and socks look great together with a nice smile:)

What you did with the bathroom is very impressive. It's great to see before pics too cuz it helps to realize how much work you put in the renovation.
