Sharing a few things I'm loving this week, cause as one wise woman once said, "I wholeheartedly believe that no matter what is happening in your life, there is always something that you can be thankful for... no matter how simple it is."
Man, the lady that said that must be one wise lady!
(wink wink, cough cough).
Anyways.... here are a few of the lovely things out of a half lovely, half not so lovely week...
Absolutely loved hanging out with a few of my blogging buddies this last week for a dessert night out, especially spending some time with the amazing Claire, who is currently living in Korea but over in New Zealand to give birth to her first baby before they return back (check her blog out here).
These girls are so funny and we all get on so well, plus the desserts were yum and also very entertaining to watch, as the ones who chose donuts got to inject them with delicious sauces (Jackie the nurse felt like she was at work ;).
Loved these creative goodies that were on sale at the Sistas Conference. The little blackboards would be a fabulous project to try to replicate at home and the framed Hessian coffee sacks would be a great idea for hanging jewellery.
Loved having a bit of me time recently at the hairdressers. I've been wanting to go a bit darker with my hair colour for some time. Being a dark blonde naturally, a friend told me that I was going darker for 'artificial intelligence'. Ha!.
Happy with the final result, although it has taken a few days to get used to the not-so-blonde Kristy!
Lastly, loving packages that arrive all the way from Japan! Check out those cute stamps.

ReplyDeleteThose donuts looked like lots of fun, and I'm loving the beautiful new hair'do', a change from time to time is always fun xx
I have just gone darker from being blonde... but my husband is not keen! I need to summon the energy to go and get another dye! Yours looks great. As for loving, I am ALL about the crochet at the moment - properly hooked!
