I wholeheartedly believe that no matter what is happening in your life, there is always something that you can be thankful for... no matter how simple it is.
Here are a few of the things I am loving at the moment...
Loving seeing my girl excited about her first ever school camp!
Loving that Smiggle has come to Whangarei (us country folk get pretty excited about things like this)...
Loving my twin sister... just kidding! Loving my hair straightener - where would I be without it?
Loving this super strange Russian doll shaped instrument (called a Theremin) that my sis-in-law showed me. I bet you'd never heard of one of these before. You can check out the original shaped instrument here.
Loving spending some much needed time going out for dessert with bloggy girlfriends...
Lastly, loving the great memories that I have to cherish of my big brother Jamie. He's been gone 12 years this weekend (posts about him here and here) and is still really missed by us all.
Here's how you can join in....

ReplyDeletehey so just asked how to link your button, am a new blogger :), but managed to work it out, yay google for helping. We live in a tiny town and if smiggle ever made it here my kids would be overcome with happiness!!! (And perhaps their stationary obsessed mother would be too)

Hey lovely, thinking of you and your family this weekend as you remember your brother. Coming from a fellow hair straightener I love your curls - you should totally embrace them sometimes...I have been more lately and think my hair enjoys the break from all that heat! Oh and Smiggle rocks!
