What a weekend! Here are a few snapshots from the weekend that was...
There was a wee bit of crocheting in the car...
Cheeky-face pulling...
An amazing day spent here with our youth leaders (they are some of the best people I know), planning, praying, yarning, eating...
Some Dr Pepper drinking and beard growing...
Giant dinosaur egg eating (aka bubble gum)...
And oh so much more!

ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful. I am dreading the day that my boys are taller than me. And being that I'm short, it shouldn't be too long for now! Yikes!

lovely weekend
love and light
Sounds fantastic!! As a fellow mother of a 12y.o. yes, i am thrilled my daughter is almost taller than me (a relatively average height person) as they talk to me like i haven't had a fulfilling life being 5'6" as Daddy & his family are all over 6'. I tell them there is hope, they will all soar past me but watch that little brother, he'll be the tallest. I just love that my 3rd girl should be taller than her sisters, ha!! Love Posie
ReplyDeletePS so much for your praying, i'm not religious at all & my word verification is 'satan' no kidding!!
Looks like a lovely weekend - I have joined in too (I always miss your Friday linkups)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the crocheting picture! so adorable ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat weekend...my son is 11 and we are eye to eye, it's crazy to think about me looking up at him. :)

my son is 12 and i've got 3 inches until he's taller. boo. why do they grow so fast?

ReplyDeletexo
good.times + don't talk about growing up! :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE that your husband has been a youth pastor for 10 years - what perserverance!
ReplyDeleteMy husband was one for 5 years and I joint him in the role in the last few. But we just finished our roles last year and handed it over to another awesome guy so we could focus on other areas of ministry (young couples!).
I have total respect for pastors wives. Being a pastor takes most of your life up and they always have such supportive wives backing them. Otherwise they probably wouldn't be able to survive in the role.
Big ups to both of you!!
x
This is over-the-moon BLISS... love it all. Sitting at that table with that view would be priceless :)
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Love so much about this!

Have I told you yet i think your girls are the sweetest!
xx Stace
