Cathie from m.e. posted a recipe for the most delicious looking marmalade tart on her blog yesterday. I'm not usually a marmalade fan, but after seeing how mouth watering her tart looked (and since I was on my way to the supermarket) I decided to pick up some of the ingredients and give it a go.
Although mine seemed slightly runnier than hers, it truly is delicious (especially with french vanilla icecream). I also used Sweet Orange and Tangelo Marmalade, which doesn't have the typical marmalade tang.
